This wonderful rustic blue bookshelf unit has been made from reclaimed timbers and includes a beautiful carved scallop edging surround. Originating from Rajasthan and made by a small group of artisan craftsman in northern Jodhpur this bookshelf unit includes five fitted shelves, while the backing is constructed from reclaimed tin metal. It is both eye-catching, unique and provides a practical shelving display option and testament to ingenuity and reclaiming old materials; a wonderful item of furniture.

The craftsman creating this piece has used a distressed blue finish on this bookcase, varying from bright solid blue, to a more rustic blue/brown. It has mainly been made from solid wood with the back being completed from reclaimed tin metal. The 5 fixed internal shelves and one base give a huge amount of space to store your books or alike. Overall there is the essence of Jodhpur about this stunning piece.
