GORGEOUS TEAK BENCH
A simple but stylish gorgeous teak bench that was likely made in the 1950’s in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. It has been constructed from old teak wood and was originally used in a local school that has recently undergone a refurbishment. This attractive item of furniture exudes charm and character, while strong and sturdily built.

These wonderful benches have been made from old teak wood and crafted with skill and style. They are vintage in age and are likely to have been made in the 1950’s. They have along their base, from foot to foot, a cross stretcher adding strength and stability. Over time and use a wonderful rich patina has emerged, adding further to the items distinct and appealing look.
Uses
A simple but stylish and attractive item of furniture that could easily be used as a stand for potted plants, whether in a hallway/entranceway. Alternatively, in the same area, with it’s original intention and that is to sit on, whereby helping in getting on and of footwear.
