GLASS DISPLAY CABINET
This generous glass display cabinet was made in Jodhpur, Rajasthan using recailmed teak wood. It consists of 10-glass panels; two on each side and three to each door. In addition to this there is a fitted inner shelf aiding storage options. The cabinet has a sympathetic lightly ‘distressed’ look and coloured in an earthy yellow ochre wash. A further feature which adds to it’s style and design is a carved back panel to the top of the cabinet.
This item of furniture originates from Jodhpur, Rajasthan where it has been made from reclaimed vintage teak wood. Consisting of three glass panelled doors with two glass panel sides, the display cabinet provides plenty of space for storage. Inside the unit a fitted shelf can be found, while the piece is painted in an earthy yellow ochre colour and given a lightly ‘distressed’ look. Attached to each door is a slim metal handle, while a wooden toggle has been fitted to both the top and bottom of the cabinet to fasten shut the doors. Also, a carved backboard has been attached which provides a little style and design to the piece.
This cabinet could be best used in a dining room to store drinks and/or crockery.
