COLOURFUL PAINTED DOOR
This majestic colourful painted door originates from Gujarat. The door has exquisite painted panels, full of original colour and detail. Overall, this extraordinary item of furniture exudes place, culture, people and history.
Craftsmen have beautifully made this door to include 16 individual painted scenes. There are different colours used in the panels. These include red, blues, greens, orange, creating a really colourful piece. Each panel depicts a different scene. Some including Gods, others traditional Indian people, and a variety of typical Indian animals. Its truly stunning artistic work. This artwork has been framed within a green floral painted edging, including a decorative overlap finishing strip. There are no handles on these doors and a linked chain at the bottom.
An extraordinary item of furniture, one of our favourites alongside all our doors here in the shop. You can utilise this door as intended, or as an exceptional wall decoration; simply fantastic.
