  Please Note Many of the items we stock are one-off individual items. We love sourcing all these unique products to create the feel you want in your home.  But due to the nature of the pieces we’d like you to take the following in to account before you make any purchases from us:

Accuracy of photos and information:

• We try to show as much detail of our products as we can but if you are unsure about any specific detail then do not hesitate to contact us and we can arrange for more images to be sent to you.
• Some items we do get more then 1 in stock of, but they can vary very slightly from the image shown. So again, if in any doubt please contact us for accurate photos of a particular product in stock.
• We are very careful in giving correct measurements, but if your item is to go into a tight space or the measurements are vital to be correct then please contact us and we can recheck the sizes, to the mm if needed!

Delivery information:

• We can only deliver within the UK.

• Please be advised that it is your responsibility to measure that your purchases will fit into your house, through doorways and into the space planned for it. The delivery people are experienced and will do all they can to get it in, but if they are unable we can not offer a refund for any part of the delivery or return.
• Delivery times will vary. Usually we would expect the items to reach you within a couple of weeks, but please note that it can take up to 28 days for delivery of some of our furniture items.  If you need more information on this then please contact us before you place an order.
• Please note – the delivery company will contact you to book in the delivery direct with yourselves. They will offer you a three hour slot which you can confirm is suitable for you. Please make sure you will be home to accept delivery because any failed delivery will incur a failed delivery charge with the delivery company and you will be responsible to pay this. As we subsidize majority of the costs you may find this cost higher then you initially paid.
