This extraordinary item of furniture was newly made in south Jodhpur from native mango wood. The exceptional quality of the hand painting is breathtaking, depicting multiple different scenes.
Visual Description
The cabinet’s doors each have four panels with individual figures and backgrounds, while each side has two larger figures and Sanskrit – simply stunning. Inside the cabinet are three fitted shelves, aiding storage, while this piece certainly brings skilled craftsmanship, culture, place and a flavour of Rajasthan; beautiful.
Uses
The will absolutely make a feature piece where ever you place it. It could be utiliased as a large storage cabinet and even as a wardrobe in your bedroom for folded clothes or bedlinen.
