This sumptuous, very old metal edgings box originates from Rajasthan and one of Davids favourite finds from our last trip there. Made from teak, with it’s gorgeous hand carved ‘scroll’ base, brass metal edging and hasp, wonderful aged patina, this item exudes much charm and appeal. Inside can be found a removeable fitted tray, while on top can be seen a previous owners name etched in, adding to it’s character. A simply fabulous piece reflective of both craftsmanship and history; stunning.

Made in India.
